Delivery:

Orders are sent to the print lab within 5 working days of receiving payment. Dispatch time from the print lab is 2 working days and sent by 24 hour courier. Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered.

At this time, we cannot accept international orders. we hope to have a suitable supplier arranged soon.

We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control. However, we will endeavour to resolve the issue should an order not arrive. Insurance is included as standard on all orders and if no signature has been obtained at the delivery address specified in the PayPal order, a refund or replacement will be issued within 28 days on confirmation of a lost item

Pricing:

We reserve the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of an increase in the manufacturers prices.

Returns:

Due to the fact that all prints are custom ordered to your requirements, we only accept returns for broken or defective goods unless otherwise agreed between you, the customer, and us. If you are going to be making a return, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Deductions for postage will be made.

The colours in the images for sale on this site are accurate as per the monitors used to edit them once the photograph is taken. Our monitors are all colour calibrated to ensure accuracy from edit to print. As your monitor may not be calibrated in such a way, there may be some shift in tonality between what you see on your screen on the final print. This is usually quite small. We cannot take responsibility for issues arising due to incorrect colouring in the print unless it is vastly different. Please contact us if you have any issues regarding this.

We require all items below £50 are sent back by recorded delivery and all items above £50 are sent back by special delivery. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered to us and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.

Privacy Policy:

We recognise customers privacy and we therefore take our responsibilities to protect it very seriously. We confirm that the personal information requested from you either for the purpose of processing your order, or for the return of information to you via e-mail is never provided to third parties. Our site may contain links to a number of independent sites. Please be aware that this privacy policy does not extend to any collection of information by those sites.
